Google Drive & Calendar
The agent can read your Calendar and Drive out of the box once you connect a Google account from the dashboard's Settings panel — no extra setup beyond the normal Google sign-in consent screen.
Read vs. write
Calendar and Drive read access work immediately after connecting. Drive write access (creating or overwriting files — saving a report the agent generated, for example) is a separate, off-by-default toggle.
Why off by default: write access only works reliably against a Shared Drive folder. A personal "My Drive" folder shared with the agent will reject writes with a storage-quota error no matter what permission level you grant — this is a Google Drive limitation, not a bug in the agent. If you want write access, share a Shared Drive folder with the agent's account and switch the toggle on.
Turning on write access
In the dashboard's Settings panel, toggle Drive write access on. You do this yourself in your own agent settings — there's no separate OAuth flow to complete, since the same Google connection already covers it.
Calendar
Calendar read/write both work as soon as you connect — there's no separate toggle, since calendar events don't have the same storage-quota issue as Drive files.
