End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Regenerative Engineering Learning Platform, the "Agent" AI software, or any other product on this site (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by this EULA. This Platform and the Agent are made by Steve Peak, operating as Seedling Systems LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for educational purposes only.

2a. Agent Software License

If you purchase a license for the Agent, you're granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Install and run the Agent on hardware you own or control, tied to your license key
  • Modify the Agent's source code for your own personal or internal business use

You may not, whether the software is modified or not:

  • Resell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise redistribute the Agent or any derivative of it, for payment or for free
  • Make the Agent or your modified version available to any third party as a product or service of your own
  • Share your license key with anyone else, or use one license key across more accounts/customers than it was issued for

Your license key may be used to periodically verify your license is valid and which add-ons it unlocks (see our Privacy Policy). We may revoke a license key used in violation of this agreement, without refund.

Acceptable use: You agree not to use the Agent for any illegal or immoral purpose, or in any way that violates applicable law. You are solely responsible for how you configure and use the Agent, including any actions it takes on your behalf (e.g. sending emails, managing data, generating content). We are not responsible or liable for any damage, loss, or harm — to you or to any third party — arising from your use or misuse of the Agent.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Not share your account credentials
  • Not reproduce or distribute course materials
  • Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, and course materials, is the exclusive property of Steve Peak and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

For the Agent specifically: we make no guarantee that it will meet your particular needs, perform at any specific speed, or run well (or at all) on your hardware — performance depends heavily on your own machine and, if applicable, your own Anthropic API usage. Because the Agent is downloadable software delivered instantly upon purchase, sales are final per our Refund Policy; review it before buying.

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including violation of this EULA.

8. Changes to EULA

We may modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
