Refund Policy
1. Platform Access
Platform access purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted. This includes:
- Lifetime platform access
- Monthly platform subscriptions
2. Agent Software (One-Time & Monthly)
The "Agent" is downloadable software delivered instantly: your license key and download link are issued automatically the moment payment succeeds. Because delivery is immediate and the software itself (and the ideas/techniques it embodies) cannot be "returned," all Agent purchases are final and non-refundable, including:
- One-time (lifetime) purchases — non-refundable once your license key has been issued, regardless of whether you've downloaded, installed, or run the software.
- Add-ons (e.g. Image Generation, Setup Help) — non-refundable once added to your account.
- Update renewals — non-refundable once applied to your license.
- Monthly subscriptions — you can cancel any time from your account and you won't be charged again, but we don't provide refunds or credits for the current or any past billing period. Your access simply continues through the end of the period you already paid for.
We do not guarantee the Agent will meet your specific needs, run at any particular speed, or be compatible with your hardware or setup — see the hardware guidance on the homepage and our EULA's warranty disclaimer before buying. If you're unsure whether the Agent is right for you, ask questions via Contact before purchasing.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first may result in immediate revocation of your license, in addition to any amounts owed.
3. Apprenticeship Program
For the apprenticeship program:
- Deposits are non-refundable once paid unless the program is cancelled or student application is rejected
- Monthly payments are non-refundable
- Full payments are non-refundable once the program has begun
4. Special Circumstances
Exceptions to the above are rare and granted at our sole discretion — not guaranteed. We'll consider them for things like:
- A duplicate or erroneous charge
- Payment succeeded but no license key was ever issued, due to a fault on our end
- Medical emergencies preventing apprenticeship program participation
Trouble getting the Agent running is not grounds for a refund on its own — that's exactly what setup support (included on Pro and Studio, and available as an add-on otherwise) is for. Reach out and we'll get it working.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide your account details and reason for refund
- Allow up to 30 days for review and processing
