This site and its products (including apprenticeship courses and the "Agent" AI software) are operated by Steve Peak, doing business through Seedling Systems LLC. We build software with care, and that includes how we treat your data.

0. Our Commitment

  • We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information or usage data to third parties — full stop.
  • We never serve ads of any kind, on this site or in any product we build, including the Agent.
  • Any data we collect is used strictly for internal purposes: running the service you paid for, and improving the products we build. It is never repurposed for advertising, data brokering, or any third party's benefit.

0a. The Agent (AI Software)

The Agent runs entirely on your own computer. Your conversations, emails, CRM data, files, and everything else it processes stay on your machine — we never see or receive that content. The only communication your Agent has with us is a periodic license-key check (your license key and a timestamp) so we know your license is valid and which add-ons it unlocks. We keep basic records of when and how often a key is validated so we can show you usage stats in your account and detect abuse; we do not use this to build a profile of what you're doing with the Agent.
