Cancelling or changing plans

Cancelling a subscription

From your Account page, click "Cancel subscription." This only applies to Monthly/Annual plans — one-time purchases have nothing to cancel, since there's no recurring charge to stop.

Cancelling doesn't cut you off immediately — you keep full access through the end of your current billing period. Nothing is refunded for the remaining time, and nothing is charged again after that period ends.

What happens to the agent on your machine

The agent already installed on your computer keeps working locally through the end of your access. After that, license validation will report your plan as no longer active — the core agent keeps running (nothing is deleted, your chats and memory stay put), but any paid add-ons tied to your tier turn off until you resubscribe.

Resubscribing

Head back to the Account page any time — your same license key picks back up where it left off once a new subscription is active. There's nothing to reinstall.

Changing tiers

To move between Starter/Pro/Studio or switch billing frequency, cancel your current plan and start the new one from the Account page. Your license key stays the same either way.
