Daily briefings & goals
Beyond chatting with it directly, the agent can run two kinds of automatic, read-only check-ins — useful if you want a standing summary without having to ask for one each time.
Daily briefing
A daily-briefing run pulls together what's relevant across your connected tools (Seedling, email, calendar) into a single written summary — think of it as a morning status report. It's strictly read-only: it never creates, edits, or sends anything on its own.
Goal review
If you're tracking goals through the agent, a goal-review run checks progress against your real data — for example, cross-checking a revenue goal against actual invoice activity — and flags anything that looks on track, stalled, or blocked.
Scheduling either one
Both are designed to run unattended and on a timer — on Windows, wiring one up to Task Scheduler takes one command, covered in the setup guide included with your download. Once scheduled, you'll have a fresh briefing or goal review waiting without needing to open the agent yourself.
